Meeting Space

The Washakie Center has meeting space available in the form of the Rendezvous Room.  This room can function as one large room or be divided into two spaces, East and West.  Each side has an LCD projector, Internet access, and a large dry erase board.  A DVD/VCR is also available for use in the West room.  Seating arrangements include conference, theater, or classroom style, horseshoe format, fair or exhibition layout, or reception style to include catering tables and chairs.  The Washakie Center also a common area with wireless Internet access and two small meeting rooms available for reservation.  To request a reservation, please fill out our online form at https://uwsecureweb.uwyo.edu/rldsapplication/mrr/WashakieMeetingRoom.asp.

Washakie Computer Lab

Conference groups can also gain access to the Washakie Center Computer Lab.  Special arrangements must be made with Information Technology prior to your groups arrival at UW.
